We used watercolours and wax pastels to produce colourful buildings inspired by the Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser.

Hundertwasser believed that straight lines were unnatural and that buildings should be imaginative, colourful and connected to nature. His work was often inspired by the shapes and patterns he saw in the natural world.

His style was bold, bright and unusual, using wavy lines, irregular shapes, spirals, colourful patterns and differently shaped windows. We used some of these ideas to create our own unique Hundertwasser-inspired buildings.
