Our school uses the Arbor App to help parents and carers stay up to date with important information about their child and school life.

The app provides a convenient way to access key information and complete a range of school tasks from your phone, all in one place.

What can I use the Arbor App for?

• View your child’s attendance and other information held by the school.

• Receive messages and updates from school, including notifications when new information is available.

• Make payments for school activities and other items.

• Sign your child up for trips and clubs when these are available.

• Book parents’ meeting appointments.

Getting the Arbor App

The Arbor App is available for Apple (iOS) and Android devices.

Once the school has your correct email address and your account has been set up, you can use this email address to access Arbor.

Please make sure that you use the same email address that you have provided to the school.

Keeping up to date

We recommend allowing notifications from the Arbor App on your phone. This will help ensure that you see important messages and updates from school promptly.

It is also a good idea to check the app regularly for new information, payments, trips, clubs or other actions that may require your attention.

More than one child?

If you have more than one child at our school, you can access information for your children through your parent account rather than needing a separate account for each child.

If you are unable to log in, please first check that you are using the email address that is registered with the school.
