Accessibility at School Meetings and Events

At St. Robert Bellarmine we are committed to ensuring that all parents and carers feel welcome and are able to fully participate in school meetings, events and activities.

We recognise that every family has different needs and circumstances, and we want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to be involved in their child’s education and in school life.

If you have any accessibility requirements or feel that you may need additional support to attend a school meeting or event, please let us know in advance by contacting the school office. This may include physical access requirements, communication needs, sensory needs or any other adjustments that would help you to participate.

If attending a meeting or event in person is difficult, please let us know so that we can discuss alternative arrangements, such as a telephone call, video meeting or another suitable format.

By letting us know about your needs in advance, we can work together to make appropriate arrangements and help ensure that you feel comfortable, included and able to participate fully.

We value the contribution of all our families and are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive school community where everyone feels they belong.
