Week 3 - 20.04.20

Hello Year 3!

I hope you have had a lovely Easter and are staying safe with your family! Did you all eat lots of chocolate? I hope you had some fun Easter egg hunts! I have been missing you all so much!

Thank you for all the great tweets! I have really enjoyed seeing them all. Keep sending them through as I love keeping in touch with you all. Ella, I am loving all of your wonderful artwork so please keep this up! I have also loved Ida’s updates as she is working hard as always! I was so impressed with Esme’s volcano! I’m so pleased with the amount of time and effort that you have put into your masterpiece! Can anyone else share theirs?  Did you all enjoy watching ‘Gangsta Granny’? I would love to see all your film reviews so why not tweet them to me?

On Wednesday 22nd April I hope you all take part in the Keep Your Spirit’s Up – Keepy Up Challenge.’ Mrs Liggat would love it if you could tweet photos and videos of you taking part!

Keep working on your times tables on TTRockstars every day as this is so important! Remember I can see when you last played! I have sent you all another challenge and I managed to improve my score. Can you try to beat me?

Thank you to everyone who has signed up to GetEpic reading – I hope you enjoy the books I assign you. I will resend the email to those who have not yet signed up so please ask your parents to look out for this email.

I have included your work for the week ahead. Don’t try to complete all your work in one day! Do as much as you can. I have included an example of a timetable for you. This will help you plan out your week but do whatever works best for you. Remember to take some important time to relax and enjoy this extra time with your family.

Missing you all!

Miss Durnin and Mrs McBride

xx
