Daily Maths Activity

This week, during your daily lessons, you will be completing work based upon fractions. The focus will be on adding and subtracting fractions as well as calculating fractions of quantities. For the daily maths activity (Monday - Thursday) the children should follow the link below to access a video for each daily lesson. It is important that these videos are followed as they guide the children through the worksheets. These activities may require a bit more support and involve pausing the video to complete the activities.

Friday's Maths Mystery

The tournament cup is about to be presented to the winning team. The winning captain has led the team up the steps to where the officials are waiting with the cup. Just as the chairman of the football organisation picks up the cup, it comes apart in his hands!

Straight away, he knows that the cup is a fake. Where has the real cup gone? Who has taken it? As the cup is kept securely within the football organisation, the police believe it is someone within the organisation. Your task is to solve the clues and identify the person who has stolen the real cup.
