Transition

 

This weeks PSHE lesson is all about Transition. It will give you the chance to consider moving to a new class and all the feelings this may cause as we would do in school at this time of year.

 

You will  be able to  -

  • identify feelings that you might experience when moving to a new class
  • recognise worries and challenges
  • find ways to make this experience a positive one
