For your PSHE lesson this week, the focus is on mental health and well-being. I said last week that these areas are just as important as your physical health and we want to ensure that you stay physically and mentally healthy during your home learning, just as we do when you are in school. We have already completed lots of work in class and with the school nurse on mental health and well-being and the letters you wrote to the government during Children’s Mental Health Week were excellent. Try to think about what you have already studied during your lesson today as this will help you. You will see a PowerPoint below which explains your tasks and the resources you need to complete these.
