Transition Work

As this is your final week in primary school, your work is mainly based on transition activities. You will see that there are three activity mats below that contain different tasks for you to complete each day. We hope that you enjoy working through the activities provided as these will support you in your transition to secondary school. There are also some templates below that you will need when completing certain activities.
